The idea behind Kettleburn Fitness, started in 2010 as a way to help people change their mind set about exercise. With their unique style of fitness training, we strive to help people shed pounds and get into shape.
Kettleburn Fitness utilizes functional exercise, athletic conditioning, heavy ropes, boxing, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Kettleburn Fitness adapts to all types of people regardless of their fitness level. All of the workout routines are scalable to most everyone from the elite athlete to the stay at home mom.

FYI! Parking at Kettleburn Fitness
Morning class - the parking is limited....we get the first 2 spots in the lot and no more...if they are taken, please park behind me (yes, block me in), park on the street, or park in back of the building (2 spots are mine). We should be able to get 4 cars in 2 spots parking behind me.
Night class - we don't have to worry as much, but PLEASE DO NOT park in the Swanson parking spots as they have truck drop offs/pickups still around 5-5:30.
